1. About PEHNOO
PEHNOO is an online footwear store offering sneakers and lifestyle shoes for delivery in Pakistan. Product availability, pricing, and shipping options may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable Pakistani law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
We aim to display products accurately, including images, descriptions, and prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
4. Orders and verification
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify orders by phone or WhatsApp before fulfillment. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified, appear fraudulent, or are outside our delivery area.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise stated, payment is Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to pay the order total, including any shipping fee shown at checkout, when the courier delivers your order. Failure to accept a verified COD order may result in cancellation and restrictions on future orders.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city, courier, and stock status. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and pay any COD amount due.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By ordering, you also agree to that policy.
8. Accounts
If you create an account or sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site—including branding, logos, product photography, and text—belongs to PEHNOO or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or place orders with false information. We may suspend access or cancel orders if we believe these terms have been violated.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEHNOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
